As the Missouri Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (QIO), Primaris adheres to strict standards to avoid potential conflicts of interest between requirements of its QIO contract and non-QIO contract relationships with Missouri healthcare providers . As a result, our core measure abstraction service is not available in Missouri.
