When you call, you will first speak with one of our highly trained customer service representatives. The customer service representative will send your questions or concerns to a counselor who will call you to assist you through the Medicare process. If your questions involve matters that are best addressed by other organizations or agencies, we'll refer you to someone who can provide the answers you need.
The Helpline is staffed from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
