Members
Members of the Primaris Board of Directors are each appointed for a term of three years. Board members may serve two consecutive terms for a total of six consecutive years on the board.There are a total of 19 positions on the Primaris Board of Directors. Currently, two positions are vacant.
Board appointments are made in January and October each year. Approximately one-third of the Primaris Board of Directors is appointed each year. Board members are reimbursed for their time at a rate of $500 per meeting attended in person and $100 per meeting attended by phone. The board has four regularly scheduled meetings each year.
