Tip 90: CDC Launches Influenza Vaccination Recommendations for the 2010–2011 Season

The Centers for Disease Control and prevention on July 29 issued their 2010–2011 Recommendations for Prevention and Control of Influenza with Vaccinations,  based on the 2010 Recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP).  These current recommendations can be accessed  on the CDC Web site.

The updated specific vaccine recommendations, by age group, for the U.S, are also now available from the CDC. Further information for health care professionals, including the 2010 ACIP recommendations on the use of  CSL vaccine, is also available on the CDC site.
